I cannot begin to express my gratitude to you and your staff. Your kindness, generosity and support have been invaluable!! I knew from day one that we made the right choice for Mojo when we found you. Your optimism gave us hope when we thought there was none. Your support, even through my quirkiest of ideas was fundamental to my sanity. It has been the hardest and most rewarding two and a half years and we cannot thank you enough for giving us time… Time to love, cherish and admire a beautiful creature that has taught us the true meaning of living life to the fullest and loving unconditionally. You are a truly astounding doctor and we are thankful that you found your calling in life! You and your incredible staff made all the difference and we thank you for that.
Thank you for loving Mojo as if he was your own,
Susan, Brian and Isabella Felix
Mojo was grateful for you, too xxoo
I LOVE the University Pet Clinic. I was referred to the clinic by a friend many years ago. From that time, I have been a dedicated customer. From the front end staff, to the technicians and the doctors, I have never had a bad experience. On my recent visit, I brought in a stray cat who I have decided to make my own. Dr. Walton was very friendly and answered all of my questions about what to watch for with an outside cat, how to take care of her in the winter, and even how to introduce my cat to the other cats in my home. The technician was very nice and professional. He showed a great amount of care when handling Stella (the cat) and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. The receptionist at the front desk was also very friendly. She chatted with me as I waited, asked questions about Stella and also offered advice about caring for an outside only cat. I really do feel as though it is my pleasure to have University Pet Clinic as the clinic to care for my animals. I have done and will continue to refer as many pet owners as I can to be seen at your clinic. Keep up the good work!!
Thank you for taking such good care of me. You all treat me like a king and I love coming to visit you! I didn’t like the pill pockets once I got home. I only ate them for you to show off! But, Velveeta cheese rocks!
I know I was in on a very busy day, so I did wait a bit longer then expected, but it wasn’t a problem. I have been to so many vets in so many places, because I move alot, and so far this is the best vet I’ve ever been to! The location is convenient, the staff and other clients were friendly, the place was clean and comfortable, and I felt like my questions and concerns were addressed in a very helpful and professional manner. I’m so happy to have found such and outstanding vet!
ALL of you who work at University Vet Hospital (and Dr. Smith) are exemplary of compassionate, professional, and intelligent service! I know this by the way Addie responds to her “visits” and the results of the medical care that you provide. I feel like buying billboard space and saying all of this in a LARGE way! Thank you seems like such a small way to express this. “May you become the person your pet thinks you are!”

Dear Dr. Walton and the dedicated staff of University Vet,
Thank you for helping me to recover. My owners are so happy to see me acting like a crazy puppy! We will continue on the routine that you set us on, so I will eventually have a full recovery.
You guys are awesome!
Love, Indy Hanso
I can’t imagine doing what you do every day. And to do it always with a smile, a special understanding, sincerity & love – you are my hero. You are Izzy’s hero, too. You were there for her – for us, through almost 14 years of shots bad breath (Izzy’s!), teeth cleanings, stomach aches, etc. But mostly you were there at the end. Thanks for you counsel, wisdom, & extra effort as we prepared for the inevitable. You were a kind & loving shepard of my sweet old girl. Please, also give my thanks to everyone there. They were so great & sensitive to the situation. And so there are two (& a cat) and we’ll see you soon enough on their behalf.
Thank you! Thank you!
