I just wanted to express my extreme gratitude for the wonderful care you all showed for Hannah (and me!). The entire staff from the front office to vet techs to the doctors were all amazingly wonderful during a very difficult time. I really appreciate all of the hard work, fighting and rooting for Hannah. I'll always cherish my meories of her and everyone at UVHDC helped me feel as though I did everything possible for her. To the great people that made our first visit to your "Animal care center" a wonderful experience... THANK YOU!! You have such a peaceful and beautiful facility! From the receptionist who welcomed us & came over to fuss over Gucci (even thoughshe got growled at!), to Jesse who used xtra lube on the thermometer :), to Dr. McCarron who has the best "bedside" manner I've ever seen, you all made a stressful time seem like we could have positove things happen & figure out Gucci's symptoms! Thank you Dr. McCarron, for your patience & concern & personalized attention! I trust that we will get to the the bottom of this & get our Gucci back to her happy & energetic self!
